My second car, (which I leased and took to college) and honestly couldn't afford. I learned a valuable lesson!
For this 2009 BMW 335 Xi, I leased it so I didn't do any hard mods outside of a piggy back ECU (Juicebox 4 / JB4) + golf tee mod (keeps the valved exhaust open to make the car sound better.
I was also very proud to have found a fuse for the transfer case which I wired to a switch so I could put the car into rear wheel drive whenever I wanted, the back to AWD (after clearing a few codes), none of which there was any info on (yet) on the internet. Made it a fun car to drift.
Bi-Turbo, making around 400HP (at the crank), and AWD (mostly drove it in the snow). This car was a blast!
I never had a single issue with it, until I had to sell it for financial reasons.
I never tracked it, just drove it around upstate NY (mostly in the snow). It became the car we took on ski trips, the car I took to school, etc...
